1. Loosen the loop to its maximum size by sliding down the latch up to the last tooth on both ends of the loop. With the latch oriented upwards, gently slip the loop through your penis up to the penile base in front of your scrotum, closest to your body as much as possible.

2. Initially tighten the loop by gently sliding the latch down, on one end at a time, to snugly press your penis. Do not tighten yet. Slide the latch down very slowly and cautiously to avoid catching your penile skin or pubic hair. Set the latch on the same distance from both ends of the loop for a balanced setting.

3. Gently turn the loop upside down until the latch is set right at the center bottom of your  penis. If it is difficult to turn the loop upside down, loosen the loop a little bit by gently sliding down the latch a tooth or two on both ends of the loop.

4. Adjust the loop's diameter any time during erection by sliding up or down the latch to attain your most comfortable constrictive pressure. Always do this very gently and carefully to avoid catching your penile skin or pubic hair. Slide the latch on equal lengths along the loop's ends and always set the latch at the center bottom of your penis for a balanced setting.

The tighter you set the loop, the bigger will be your erection.
However, this may become uncomfortable. Use the least
degree of constriction that will improve your erection.

5. After sexual activity, release the loop by carefully and slowly sliding down the latch to increase the loop's diameter a little bit. Allow your erection to subside before sliding the latch to the loop's maximum size. Gently slip the loop off your penis.

Always clean the loop with soap and water before and after each use.
